CAD Services

Creation, conversion, and detailing of engineering drawings and models for manufacture.

PDF/Scan to 2D CAD Conversion

Preparation of 2D CAD files from Scanned or PDF drawings. Reconstruction of geometry with true scale, re-dimensioning from physical references or known standards, and cleanup of artifacts.

2D to 3D CAD Conversion

Derivation of 3D solid models from 2D part and assembly drawings. Interpretation of projected views to extrude, revolve, loft, or sweep geometry, resolving missing information and design intent.

3D Modelling

Creation of parametric part and assembly models from design sketches, specifications, or cloud data. Incorporates manufacturing features and accurate interface geometry for mating components.

Assembly Drawings with BOM

Exploded and/or general assembly views with ballooning tied to a structured Bill of Materials. Defines assembly sequence, fastening torques, and critical fit clearances.

Component Manufacturing Drawings

Single-part drawings with complete dimensional definition using GD&T per ASME Y14.5. Includes surface finish, heat treatment, and material specs, ready for CNC or manual machining.
