Full mechanical design of industrial valves from concept through prototype. Includes pressure boundary and sealing element design per ASME/API, material selection for corrosion/erosion, stem, seat, and body stress calculations, and actuation interface definition.

Positive Displacement Pumps and Pump Systems design & development

Design of parallel shaft, planetary, or worm gearboxes. Gear tooth geometry developed per AGMA/ISO with bending and pitting stress calculations, shaft deflections, housing stiffness FEA, bearing L10 life rating, and splash/forced lubrication layout.

Custom machinery designed from functional requirements. Kinematic synthesis, structural frame design, servo/pneumatic drive selection, sensor and control architecture integration, and full lifecycle engineering to meet unique production tasks.

Detailed design of Vane, internal/external gear pumps. Focus on fluid end fatigue analysis, pulsation dampening sizing, NPSHr definition, valve kinematics, and wear life prediction for wetted parts. Hydraulic profiling of pump stages, mechanical design of rotating and stationary components, shaft dynamics, bearing selection, and system curve matching.
